Untitled // Machinery of Nature
Machinery of Nature has just released the song/album Untitled. Most ambitious project to date. Though still heavily game boy based, a large portion of this was also hardware synthesizers (Dave Smith MoPho + Microkorg), software synthesizers (Mostly Logic’s ES2 + Massive), as well as found sound and a little guitar + bass.
Owen McGarry // Composition
Cayman Robson // Album Art
Phoenix Pleasant // Guitar + Bass
Next Saturday, August 14th, at 6:30 there will be a show in my (Machinery of Nature’s) house. As of now I have no idea what the lineup will be, but I do know that Machinery of Nature, and sadnes (who is not a Belgian Man, group) will both be playing. The show is free, but it would be appreciated, but not expected, if you could donate spare change, artwork, food or something, as some of the artists come from far. Bring your friends, it’ll be a good time.
So August 14th. 6:30. $0. 149 Old County Rd, Lincoln, Ma, 01773.
As I am unable to upload files here, oddly, but you can download one of the songs FREE off of MySpace. And you can get the whole EP off of iTunes for $5.94. In case you were unaware of what it is, Machinery of Nature is a one man act. Owen McGarry uses two vintage nintendo game boys and an analog synthesizer to create hardcore melodic metal. Take a listen to the crude brutal bleeps, and buy the EP.
